Data Synthesis and Planning

As a visual person, I really like Miro for synthesizing data and project planning. At the beginning of every initiative I make a series of boards that contain all my data. Design trends, current product analysis, competitor/market and analysis, customer feedback. I then like to meet with the team and group overlapping themes into sub-groups and see what emerges as the dominant tracks of work to consider. Then those initiatives are costed out and weighed against the current OKRs to determine what will add the most value the fastest. Then those tracks of work are further broken down into actionable tasks.
